Shipping

PRODUCTS ARE KEPT ON HAND. Which means they will be shipped out the second you order them. 

LACE FRONTALS/ CLOSURES usually takes between 2-3 business days. 

BUNDLES and Pre - Made Luxury Wigs usually takes 5-10 business days but could arrive sooner depending on shipping carrier. 

Below is a simple guide on how pre-orders work within our system.

 

 Once your order is placed, and received by Laid Laces Hair Company (US) there is a mandatory 1 business day payment processing period .

• Once your payment & payment period clears, your order will then be transferred to Laid Laces Hair Company warehouse team overseas.
• Orders will then start being prepared. Please allow 4-5 business days for bundles, 2-3  days for any lace closures or frontals,. For units please allow 4 business days unless they are custom units that are ready to ship 

 

• Once orders are finished from the overseas warehouse a tracking number will then be sent to the U.S warehouse to keep tracking of orders through shipping carriers. If you are unsure on timing or you are in a rush, please be sure to purchase items AT LEAST 2 weeks ahead of time to avoid delays. We are also not responsible for any unexpected delays on the shipping company’s behalf.

 

By checking out your order, you are agreeing that you have reviewed all shipping, refund & exchange policies prior to checkout.

Please be aware that we understand how much shipping delays are extremely frustrating and are inconvenient on your end as a customer and our end as a company.

Refunds will only be allowed if due to SHIPPING DELAY. 14 calendar days must have passed from when your purchase was made to be eligible for full refund!
